Shipping Policy
The quick version
Shipping is free on every US order. We pack your order within 1 to 3 business days, delivery takes another 4 to 8 business days, and a tracking link reaches you the moment it ships. Questions any time? Visit our Contact page.
When your order leaves us
Every order is picked and packed with care within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, public holidays excluded. Place your order before 5:00 PM CT on a business day and we start on it the same day; after that, or over a weekend or holiday, we begin the next business day.
On the way to you
Once your parcel is moving, delivery anywhere in the United States usually takes 4 to 8 business days, so most orders arrive within about 5 to 11 business days of checkout. These are honest estimates based on how our carriers normally perform, not guarantees.
Keeping track
The moment your order ships we email you a tracking link. Give the first scan up to 24 hours to appear. You can also check status on our Track Your Order page.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including most US territories. International shipping is not available yet. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse at 2819 Live Oak St, Dallas, TX 75204, USA.
Getting the address right
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it. If an order comes back to us because of an address problem, we will reach out and arrange a reshipment. Spotted a mistake? Email support@thehillsboutique.com as quickly as you can.
If something goes wrong
Tracking stuck for days, or a parcel that turned up damaged? Email support@thehillsboutique.com and we will take it up with the carrier and make it right. If we ever cannot meet the delivery window above, we will let you know and, where required, offer you the choice of a refund. Damaged-item details are in our Return Policy.
