Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Every US order ships free, with no minimum and no code needed.
How quickly will it arrive?
We pack orders in 1 to 3 business days and delivery adds 4 to 8, so most parcels land within roughly 5 to 11 business days. Order before 5:00 PM CT on a business day and we start the same day. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes, a tracking link is emailed the moment it ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan, or check our Track Your Order page.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet; for now we ship within the United States.
Returns and refunds
What is the return window?
30 days from delivery, free of charge. Sale items are included, unless a product page marks them final sale. See our Return Policy.
How do I start a return?
One email to support@thehillsboutique.com with your order number; we send a prepaid label. Please never ship anything back before contacting us.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5 business days of your return arriving and passing a quick check, back to your original payment method.

Which payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is paying here safe?
Yes, payments run through trusted providers over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card number. More in our Transactions Policy.
When am I charged, and in which currency?
At the moment you order, in US dollars.

What happens with my information?
We use it to fulfil orders, support you, and, only if you opt in, send occasional news. We never sell it and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal. Everything is in our Privacy Policy.
