The quick version

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery, returns are free, and it all starts with a single email. We refund your original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching us.

Your 30 days

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, counted from the day tracking says your parcel arrived, so you always get the full window.

What we can accept

Items should come back unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags attached and in their original packaging where possible. We cannot resell pieces that show wear, washing, alteration, perfume, smoke, or pet hair.

Hygiene items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, and other intimate items can only be returned if they are unworn and still sealed in their original packaging, unless they arrive faulty. Where this applies, it is noted on the product page.

How it works, step by step

  1. Email support@thehillsboutique.com with your order number, the item, and a quick note on why.
  2. We reply with a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
  3. Pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off.
  4. As soon as it reaches our warehouse and passes a quick check, your refund is on its way.

Please always email first and do not send anything back on your own. Returns without a label from us cannot be tracked and may not be refundable, so we would rather sort it out together.

Getting your money back

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Return shipping is on us, so nothing is deducted.

Swapping a size or color

Want a different size or color? The fastest route is a return for a refund plus a fresh order, so you are never left waiting on stock. Our Shipping Policy covers delivery times.

If we got it wrong

Faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered? Email support@thehillsboutique.com with your order number and a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or a full refund, shipping included, at no cost to you. This never limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Sale items

Unless a product page clearly says final sale, sale items follow this exact same policy.
